Pastor Charlie Williams III

Pastor Charlie Williams III accepted his call to the ministry in 1994 and has faithfully served the body of Christ in a variety of leadership roles ever since. He pursued biblical training at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas, and completed theological studies at C.H. Mason Theological Seminary, equipping him with both spiritual depth and sound doctrine.
In 1997, Pastor Williams, alongside his wife Lady Janise Williams, founded Word of Hope Family Worship Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana. What began as a step of faith has grown into a thriving, non-denominational ministry known for excellence, strong leadership, and a heart for people.
Under Pastor Williams’ leadership, Word of Hope has become a place where faith is lived out practically through worship, teaching, discipleship, and community outreach. His vision centers on building Christian communities, strong families, healthy marriages, men of integrity, virtuous women, and God-fearing children. Through intentional ministry and service, Word of Hope continues to impact lives both within the church and throughout the surrounding community.
Pastor Williams is deeply grateful for a ministry made strong by faithful people who serve selflessly. Together with the Word of Hope family, he remains committed to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, leading with humility, and creating a church where hope is real, active, and available to all.
